Welcome to La Boesia.
This section contains practical information about the accommodation and your stay.
🔑 Arrival & departure
On arrival
We will welcome you and show you the accommodation and its main equipment.
If you notice a problem or anything is missing, please let us know.
Before you leave
Please remember to:
- leave the dishes clean and put away;
- remove your food from the refrigerator;
- take your rubbish to the containers;
- switch off the air conditioning and lights;
- close the windows.
🔑 There is no need to lock the accommodation when you leave.
Simply leave the key in the door.
🚗 Parking
You may park:
- in the driveway leading to the gîte;
- or in the roadside pull-off provided for this purpose.
Please make sure you do not obstruct traffic or access.
🛏️ Linen
Bed linen and towels are provided.
🌿 Terrace & outdoor areas
A terrace is available for you to enjoy the outdoors.
🔥 Plancha
The plancha is located on the left, just before the entrance to the terrace.
The equipment needed to use it is stored in the cabinet beneath the plancha.
Instructions are available in the Equipment section.
🤫 Peace and quiet
The gîte is located in a quiet setting.
Please respect the peaceful surroundings, particularly in the evening.
🚭 Safety & smoking
The inside of the gîte is non-smoking and is equipped with a smoke detector.
Smoking outside is permitted.
Fire risk
In Corsica, vegetation can be particularly dry in summer.
If you smoke outside, please be very careful and never throw cigarette ends on the ground, even if they appear to be extinguished.
♻️ Rubbish & recycling
A bin with a lid is provided at the gîte.
The containers are located at the entrance to the village, at the location shown in the Useful information section.
Waste is sorted separately into:
- 🍾 glass;
- ♻️ packaging;
- 🗑️ general household waste.
Please use the appropriate containers when disposing of your waste.
