🍳 Induction hob

The gîte is equipped with a 3-zone induction hob.

Switching it on

1. Place your saucepan or frying pan on the required cooking zone.
2. Press the On / Off touch button at the bottom right of the hob.
3. Press the symbol corresponding to the cooking zone you wish to use.
4. Adjust the power using the + and − touch buttons for that zone.

Each cooking zone has its own + / − controls.

Switching it off

Use the − button for the relevant zone to reduce its power to 0.

To switch the hob off completely, press the On / Off button at the bottom right.

Compatible cookware

The hob only works with induction-compatible saucepans and frying pans.

Hot surface

After cooking, some areas of the hob may remain hot. Wait until they have cooled before cleaning the hob.
